I went to the Spanish Embassy today to apply for a visa. After filled the forms, handed all required documents, and finally the officer started to put me into their computer system. Right after the very first page which was only for my basic information such as name, birthday and nationality ... when he hit on the "next" key, it got stuck, there was an error message in Spanish saying that: "family name needs to be at least 3 letters" - mine is too short.
It reminded me several other very funny cases with different government offices here in Israel:
